Sharp-pointed embroidery needles are primarily suitable for silk embroidery and all fine embroidery work. The needles are made of hardened steel, are completely burr-free, and have a symmetrically punched eye. For easy threading of wool or thicker yarns, embroidery needles require a correspondingly large eye. The finely ground tip and the smoothly coated surface of the needles allow them to glide effortlessly through any material. A balanced ratio of length and thickness gives the needles their good elasticity in use. The Prym range offers embroidery needles on cards of 6 pieces in sizes No. 16 to 24 and as an assorted pack in sizes No. 18 to 22.
